Not sure if 1:1 training is for you? Start with these quick answers before you book your first session.

I’m out of shape. Is personal training still for me?
Absolutely. Most clients start when they feel “out of shape.” We meet you where you are, scale your workouts, and focus on safe, realistic progress—not punishment or drill-sergeant vibes.
Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
No. We can train in one of our partnered gyms, at home, or in your current gym. Sessions can be designed around basic equipment (dumbbells, bands, bodyweight) and upgraded as you progress.
How long is each personal training session?
Most sessions run 45 minutes. That includes warm-up, focused training, and a short cool-down so you leave feeling worked—but not wrecked for the rest of your day.
Can you work around old injuries or pain?
Yes. We’ll talk through your history, current limitations, and what your doctor or PT has recommended. Then we build a plan that respects your joints while still getting you stronger and more capable.
What if I’m nervous about starting or feel embarrassed?
You’re not alone—most people feel that way at first. Sessions are private, judgment-free, and focused on small, doable wins so you leave feeling proud of yourself, not picked apart.
Do you offer virtual or online personal training?
Yes. If you’re not local or prefer to train at home, we can work together via video sessions and custom programming, with check-ins to keep you accountable between workouts.
