Whether you prefer one-on-one coaching or the camaraderie of a group class, we have options to suit your needs.
Individual sessions, as well as packages of 4, 6 and 8 sessions, are available.
If you buy a 4, 6 or or 8 pack you have one year to use your sessions! Once you purchase a 4, 6 or 8 pack we will be in touch with you to choose your classes (you’re not bound to stick to the classes you choose, we just need to have a general idea as classes will sell out).

We must have 6 people to hold a class. If class is cancelled you will know within 24 hours of the session.
Classes also do sell out, so reserve your session early!
